With highway construction’s further development in China, infantile highways areentering the large-scale maintenance phase, which would leave a great deal of wasted asphaltmixture, not only occupy land, pollute environment and couse resource waste. Developing therecycling technology of asphalt mixture has significant economic and social benefits.The thesis relying on technology transformation of the hot central plant recycling stationin Hubei Chibi roadcouncil apply the methods of theory combined with experiment to explorefeasible recycling technology of the hot central plant.The text does large tests in view of theperformance RAP and reclaimed asphalt mixture in different proportion, further studies thekey technologies of intermittental hot mix plant recycling equipment and rational matching ofperformance between systems, and researches construction technology of the hot central plantrecycling technology of asphalt concrete.Determine the RAP mixture ratio of recycle asphalt mixture of different level roads,based on the theory research and test in hot central plant recycling. Through analysis ofthe existing problems in hot mix plant recycling equipment and by virtue of mechanicalengineering and combustion, offer the design scheme of Parallel-flow dryer drum and thecalculation method of thermodynamic and rational matching way of Parallel-flow dryerdrum and the system of heating and induced draft and dedusting, providing the theoreticalbasis for the design of the hot central plant recycling technology. Through the study andtest on the Material and Translocation science, determine the heating time and temperatureof RAP and asphalt, the temperature and blending craft of regenerated mixture,summarize rational site construction technique of regenerated mixture.
