Low grade asphalt pavement had been reclaimed and utilized in our country in 1980's. On the base of the previous partial harvest, this thesis further studies the Hot Mix(Central) Plant Recycling Technology. Based on the present situation of the asphalt concrete surface recycling technology, through the analysis of asphalt aging and recycling mechanism, a scientific approach of asphalt recycling is proved up.The paper studies how to estimate quality of old mixture and studies aggregate recycling and asphalt recycling.Next the thesis compares the design's similarities and differences of Hot asphalt recycled mixture and Common asphalt mixture, analyzes a good many factors that affect recycling effect and researches the variety law of the performance of Hot asphalt recycled mixture dependent on the proportion of old mixture and the infection of the grade to the performance. Based on the analysis and research of the construction technics of Hot asphalt recycled mixture, the paper puts forward the methods of the old mixture recycling and disposing, and brings forward the advice of increasing the temperature of the old mixture.
