With the emergency of digital signal processor (DSP), the digitalcontrol is widely used, this thesis presents a design solution of VVVFpower supply system based on TMS320F2812of Texas Instrument (TI).This paper introduces the fundamental principle and structure of VVVFand the determination of final solution. It presents the principle of SPWMand its software implementation, the cause of the exist of dead-time,itsimpacts and compensation measures. The improvemental incremental PIDalgorithm of intelligent integration is adopted in the control system.This thesis then presents the hardware design of the VVVF powersupply system in detail, the main circuit design, selection of componentsand control circuit of active power factor corrector (APFC); the design ofDSP-core single phase full-bridge inverter: selection of components,driving circuit and feedback signal sampling and conditioning circuitdesign; the design of auxiliary power supply; human-computer interfacedesign. The design ideas of program and the implementation of software are then presented in the thesis according to the functional modules.Finally, the thesis gives the physical picture of the VVVF powersupply system and takes some tests for it. Input voltage and currentwaveforms, output voltage waveforms and THD of different frequency andoutput voltage jump waveforms are displayed.
