| With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology,automotive inverter power in the popularity of the car more and more popular,people usually work,life and learning are inseparable from the relevant electronic equipment,such as mobile phones,tablets,car refrigerators and so on.The power specification of a car charger powered by a cigarette burner is very seldom,which cannot provide power to some of the larger electronic equipment and requires the use of automotive inverter power to the car battery 12V DC inverter to 220V AC power to work normally.Power specifications generally have 150W,300w,500w,1000w.Therefore,the car inverter power supply for our life has brought more convenience,with a high degree of recognition and market prospects.In this thesis,a 500W pure sine wave output of the car inverter power supply is designed,the working characteristics of various circuit topology are analyzed,and the control principle of voltage type control and current type control is expounded,the control strategies of PWM and SPWM are discussed,the advantages and disadvantages of unipolar modulation and bipolar modulation are compared,and the main circuit of push-pull forward circuit and Full-bridge inverter circuit is finally determined,TL494 and EG8010 are the design schemes for the control chip.Then,the thesis analyzes the push-pull forward circuit,parameter design and Component selection,discusses the main characteristics of the TL494 control chip,and makes proper improvements to the traditional vehicle inverter power supply,the RH7902 dual USB intelligent output chip is applied to the vehicle inverter power supply for the first time to realize multi-channel output.In this thesis,the driving characteristics of IR2110 and EG8010 control scheme are discussed.IR2110 is an isolating drive,which enhances the stability of the system;EG8010 based on the principle of natural sampling and the single polarity SPWM modulation scheme,the switching loss is smaller and more efficient than the bipolar modulation.In order to protect the power supply effectively,the protection circuits are designed in this thesis,decoupling circuit and isolation power supply circuits are designed for EG8010 chip easy to be harmonic intrusion problem,ensure the safety of inverter power supplyIn this thesis,Saber is used to simulate.At the same time,Saber and Simulink are used for co-simulation of vehicle inverter,and a kind of vehicle inverter is built,and the work efficiency under different load is tested.After the actual test,the inverter power supply successfully outputs 220V/50Hz sine wave voltage,the maximum work efficiency can reach 92.6%,which accords with the design requirement. |
