| The large cylindrical steel piles are widely used as the shores to the dockplatform. However, the steel piles are eroded rapidly especially from theheight one meter below the average sea lever to the top of the steel pile due tothe harsh environment in the seawater, which affects the service life of thesteel pile severely. The secondary anti-erosion work used to be done by menwith very low efficiency and undesirable effects. In view of this, design anddevelopment of the steel pile secondary anti-erosion maintenance equipmentis imminent. This article analyzes the action process and compares differenttransmission schemes of the equipment. The key techniques are analyzed andresearched and the main contents are as follows:1. Through analyzing the corrosion of the steel pile, the action process ofthe steel pile secondary anti-erosion maintenance equipment has beenconstructed and decomposed. The vertical walking mechanism andcircumferential scan mechanism are designed innovatively, and the scheme ofthe maintenance equipment is completed.2. The article introduces the content of building the modal of the bendingcantilever which caters to the pure torsion theory, the process of inferentialreasoning statics formula of the cantilever and the optimization of thebending cantilever modal.3. The large retractable rotary platform moves very slowly. With FEAsoftware ANSYS the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the rotaryplatform at some key positions are calculated to avoid resonating with theexciting force. Some design principles to reliability of this type of platform are put forward. The discrete fitting method provides a feasible way to solvesimilar problems.4. The ability to adapt to the machining deformation and other someunknown factors of the circumferential scan mechanism scheme is testedafter building the virtual prototype and completing dynamics simulation.The virtual prototype test results indicate that the most important part ofthe steel pile secondary anti-erosion maintenance equipment can realize theexpected motion orbit well and meet the expected function requirementscompletely, it also has good kinematic and dynamic performance. Design anddevelopment of the automation equipment can greatly enhance the efficiencyand is very significant to the steel pile secondary anti-erosion maintenance. |
