With the development of modern auto industry,the assembled camshaft is a new camshaft production crafts,which mandrel and cam are shaped independently and then the cam is installed to the mandrel in some combining manners。Compare to the traditional camshaft production method,it is a new camshaft production craft promotion,which combines design,material electing and performance。The assembled camshaft has many merits,such as,light weight,low processing cost,reasonable material using,high bonding strength and good economy。The assembled camshaft is a new break-through on the manufacturing technology of the camshaft,comply with the trend of automobile industry。The knurling bonding of assembled camshaft is a mechanical connection method,and it is the new method of assembles camshaft that appeared in the 1990s。its connection mechanism is to process the saw-tooth flower of different size of form in the other wall of the core axle through the mechanical method,then press the cam the core axle on the normal atmospheric temperature and realize a surplus of joining。The process feasibility of knurling connection method is proved by connection intensity experiment。In order to make the technology realize industrialization, the automation assembling machine for the assembled camshaft complies with this demand。The automation assembling machine for the assembled camshaft is a kind of high-efficient and swift production equipment for the assembled camshaft,and it adopts the new method of assembles camshaft that is the knurling bonding of assembled camshaft。In order to realize the full-automation of camshaft assembles,on the basis of new equipment, the Roll Forging Research Institute of Jilin University are independently developing the Cantilever NC Assembling Machine for the Assembled Camshaft。This paper is based on the technology of finite element,combining with the modern computer,to establish mechanical model of the frame for the new press,to mainly do the finite element analysis and optimization design to the framework,and completes the work of follows mostly:Firstly,on the basis of the research of the manufacturing process for the assembled camshaft,the Cantilever NC Assembling Machine for the Assembled Camshaft,the finite element of theoretical foundation and the software of the finite element,it makes the scheme of the finite element structure analyses to the frame。Secondly,set up the static model of the frame,go on the static structure analyses to the frame,obtain the total deformation situation of frame and the stress,strain and displacement distribution situation under static load,and do the detailed analysis and evaluation for the analysis result。Thirdly,carry on the finite element modal analysis and calculation by using the ANSYS software, obtain the 10 ranks natural frequencies and model of vibration, and do the detailed analysis and evaluation for each model of vibration。Fourthly,set up the dynamics model of the frame,carry on the dynamic response analysis on the frame,obtain the total deformation situation of frame and the stress,strain and displacement distribution situation under dynamics load,do the detailed analysis and evaluation for the analysis result,and obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the press dynamic character through studying the response of the frame under impulsive loads。Fifthly, according to the analysis results,provide the improved scheme for the structure of frame to improve rigidity and lighten weight,carry on the finite element modal analysis,and prove the optimizes result through comparing the mode analysis result。Sixthly, summarize all the researches of the paper and list what should do next。Summing up the above,the paper does the static structure analyses,the finite element modal analysis and the dynamic response analysis to the frame of the Cantilever NC Assembling Machine for the Assembled Camshaft that the Roll Forging Research Institute of Jilin University independently develops,announces the strength situation,the total deformation situation of frame and the stress,strain and displacement distribution situation,and obtain static characteristic,dynamic characteristic and modal parameter。According to the analysis result,it carries on the structure optimization design of the frame。This has the signification for understanding the primitive structure and improving its performance。It offers the theoretical foundation and realistic directive significance for the total design of the New Cantilever NC Assembling Machine for the Knurling Assembled Camshaft at the same time。...
