There is no safe landing point and base station.In order to solve the helicopter patrol in the mountains,the scheme for the helicopter safe landing is worked out,a portable helipads was designed.The schemes were designed in this paper which can satisfy the helicopter landing safely in the mountains,the object of this paper was determined by analyzing and comparing the designed schemes.The statics analysis,transient dynamic analysis,topology optimization and impact analysis were carried on the object with FEM software ANSYS.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:Three kinds of movable helipad schemes were designed,three-dimensional entity model were set up based on the three kind of solutions.We have simulated the motion of the schemes by three-dimensional modeling software,to ensure that all moving parts will not interference with each other.The characteristics of the three kinds of schemes were analyzed and compared,one scheme was analyzed in-depth and the key parts of the scheme were designed and selected.The finite element model of the apron was build with APDL.The complex of the helicopter landing was divided into three kinds of typical working conditions in the static analysis.The stress and strain contours were obtained by solving the work conditions respectively.It demonstrated that the apron could satisfy the intensity and rigidity according to the calculation.Topology optimization was carried out on the apron panel using the topological optimization function of ANSYS,the panel's section of optimization was obtained.The transient dynamic analysis was carried out on the apron by transient dynamic analysis module ANSYS.In the transient dynamic analysis,the impact load and mooring load was treated as two step loading on the apron.The landing condition was divided into four kinds of working conditions,according to the position of the slide on the apron and the location between slide and panel stiffener.The stress and strain curve was obtained by solving four working conditions respectively.Then we came to the conclusion that the apron meet the engineering requirements.The response of the impact on the apron are analyzed by means of ANSYS/LS-DYNA module.Six work conditions are considered,which include different postures of helicopter and contact locations between the slide and the panel rib when it lands.The stress,strain and speed responses of nodes are obtained under different work conditions by using explicit dynamic method.The numerical results show that apron could satisfy engineering requirements,i.e.,structural strength,stiffness and stability.This paper would provide theoretical background and techniques for designing a new landing facility for helicopter.
