Research On Quality Control And Improvement For New Type Of Wall Material

As a new type of wall material Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) hasbeen widely used in various building areas. But the product quality variesmuch as the suppliers differed in terms of capacity and ability;consequently it would finally and negatively lower the building quality.Further, there’s still quality gap between national made AAC and thatmade in Europe and Japan. How to reduce this gap and improve thequality level becomes one of the tasks of domestic manufacturers. Thethesis can serve as a reference for domestic manufacturers in order toimprove its level.The thesis will take Shanghai YTONG, one of the primary AACsuppliers as an example to show how factors involved influencing theproduct quality, adopting the quality analyzing method of “Personnel,equipment, material and procedure”. The thesis disclosed the interlinkrelationship among quality, procurement, organization, technical process,quality management and statistics. Solutions and suggestions were madethrough research in order to improve the product quality of Shanghai YTONG in order to improve and better control the quality level. And theseconclusions can serve as reference for all AAC suppliers of China. Theauthor hopes the thesis can make contributions in improving the AACproduct quality and building quality of China.
