Research On Integrated Management Of Design And Construction In The Walling Of AAC Slabs

With the development of management theory and technology,and the increasing complexity of the project,came into being the theory and method of integrated management,its research and application in the construction industry also have become a hot topic in the new era,many scientific research institutions and construction enterprises have carried out the research and practice.At present,the construction industry in our country is vigorously promoting the development of modern project management,assembled building and construction industrialization.As one of the representatives of the new green building materials and assembly products,the autoclave aerated concrete(AAC for short)slab has the characteristics of industrial production and assembly construction,and also has a good development prospect.However,in the actual promotion and application of AAC slab,there are still many restriction factors,such as the backward construction concept,the unmatched project management mode and so on.To achieve the development of both benefit and speed,and to solve the problem of the management concept of the walling of AAC slabs,in this thesis,we put forward the concept and method of the integrated management in the walling of AAC slabs.Through the analysis of the theory and practice of integrated management and AAC slab,combined with practical research methods to carry out the actual project,successfully verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of combined application of integrated management and AAC slab,but also provides a new way for reference that how to generalize integrated management and AAC slab.In this case,the management practice is carried out by using the method of integrated management in the walling of AAC slabs.Firstly,the basic requirements and the characteristics for the project are analyzed,find out the breakthrough point and innovation point for the combination of project and integrated management,then implement the project management content and objectives of the owner and the general contractor project,and carry on the analysis and the summary to the implementation result.Finally,some meaningful points on the promotion of integrated management and the application of AAC slabs are drawn.
