With the development of distribution network and the societyfor the power supply reliability, power grid structure more and morecomplicated, the double power source power supply and powersupply is increasing, the focal point of the increase of load transferbrings a lot of convenience. In10kV distribution network via theclosed and open loop operation to achieve uninterrupted transferload has become an inevitable trend, its biggest advantage is toreduce the interruption times of customer, greatly improving thepower supply reliability of power supply, thereby enhancing thepublic satisfaction. However, the domestic supply of multiterminaldistribution loop problem research is in recent years began, and didnot form a complete set of loop closing operation in the theoreticalcalculation method, load transfer by loop more than through thedispatcher’s experience to guide. Especially in the different220kVpartition can arise without an end switch tripping operation situation,this uncertainty to the dispatching work is difficult.The research of closed loop calculation for complex distributionnetwork power flow calculation method of equivalent and, combinedwith the actual situation of the system, all kinds of typical loop byloop test and calibration, a comprehensive summary of distributionnetwork and solution of ring load by loop applicable scope andcondition, provides the dispatcher when the load transfer operatingconditions, enhance the heat over load rate and success rate, reduceuser power cut time, improve the reliability of power supply, ensurethe quality of power supply system. The research results have been in the Shanghai MunicipalElectric Power Company Songjiang power supply company hasobtained successful application. In2011, the company loop ratesubstantially increased to92%, and did not appear equipmentoverload fault, greatly improving the operation efficiency and thereliability of power supply, enhance the power of social satisfaction.
