Project construction schedule is the normalized document to supervise and ensureprojects to complete smoothly, It is the schedule to reach the overall goal ofconstruction organization and gradual implementation; it is the theme of the wholeconstruction project. Therefore, it plays a crucial part in the design of organizingconstruction. Whether the construction schedule is reasonable and feasible willdirectly have an impact on the exertion of its social and economic benefits.Reasonable construction period in working process, one of the essential indicators ofconstruction schedule, largely reflects the rationality and feasibility of the projectschedule. For this reason, it is of necessity for the rationality of construction scheduleto be evaluated. This paper has carried out some research in the following areasaccording to evaluation questions for the construction schedule:The construction progress is affected by many factors most of which are fuzzy,random and uncertain, and there are no systemic evaluation indicators as the basis,then it is quite difficult to forecast the period and evaluate the schedule. So byreviewing a great number of literatures, This paper systemically describes the factorsthat affect construction schedule, and respectively brings out details of each factor interms of human, nature, technique, finance, society and so forth, and then appliestheoretical analysis method to carry out some research on evaluation of constructionschedule, lastly establishes indicator set of analogical evaluation based on project casestudies.At the same time, to ensure the accuracy of prediction of construction period andthe reasonableness of evaluation outcomes, This paper combines analogical reasoningof project case with fuzzy forecast principle of casual clustering in fuzzy mathematics.Through in-depth research and analysis of these fuzzy and random factors, this paperdiscovers a new method which is of higher accuracy and effectiveness for predictingreasonable construction schedule, and it is capable of making the analogicalevaluation on rationality.In addition, different projects have different characteristics, so the project casebase is established by using engineering features as engineering properties, andcalculator program and evaluation system for construction period prediction aredeveloped with C#language, and this will make the reasonable assessment progressspeedy, convenient and clear.At last, combining the actual project cases and with prediction and evaluation for the reasonable construction period of diversion tunnel as the object of study, thispaper verifies the feasibility, effectiveness and accuracy of the methods andevaluation system proposed in this paper.
