N water diversion project is a large-scale,long-distance and inter-basin water diversion project.Its construction will play a very positive role in China's economic and social development.The schedule management of N water diversion's construction period has following characteristics: large overall progress objective rigidity,large project scale and schedule management difficulty,low schedule management fault tolerant rate;the quantity of schedule risk factors is large and difficult to deal with;schedule risk factors must be coordinated and dealed with in macro level,etc.According to these characteristics,this thesis innovative applied risk factor identification and evaluation methods on project risk management knowledge system based on the modular idea,standing on the perspective of G project management office's macro schedule management,Identified and evaluated schedule risk factors of N water diversion project's construction period.Meanwhile,based on the engineering practice,this thesis put forward the schedule risk management K value method on the basis of N water diversion project frist phase's schedule assessment method.Put forward a method of macro schedule risk early warning of N water diversion project's construction period combine with the result of schedule risk factors identification and evaluation of N water diversion project's construction period.At last,this thesis applied the method by a project example.The first phase of N diversion project has been completed.The second phase of the project is about to start.During the 13 th five-year plan,China will usher another climax of water infrastructure construction.However,there is a lack of a method of macro schedule risk early warning method during construction period for projects as large as N water diversion project and a lack of essential basic data and information to carry out the macro schedule risk management.The result of schedule risk factors identification and evaluation of N water diversion project and the method of macro schedule risk early warning of N water diversion project's construction period this thesis put forward,has a certain guiding significance to the macro schedule risk management of N water diversion project's second phase and other large-scale water diversion project.
