| The environment-protected concrete which is compounded by fly ash ceramsite, the activemineral admixture and super plasticizer is provided with virtues: lightweight and high strength,good workability, heat insulation preservation, high durability and so on. It can use the city’slarge industrial waste, so it is a green concrete with saving energy and saving resources. Thetest uses fly ash ceramsite and materials of concrete which are produced in Baotou, andaccording to the requirements of national standard, the material properties were determined. Onthe basis of a lot of experiments, the test analyzes the basic performances and durability of flyash ceramsite concrete and ordinary concrete mixed with mineral admixture. The article canhave the following conclusions because of the above analysis:This article uses the level of different factors to do the two orthogonal tests and analyzesthe two tests, then chooses the optimal mixture ratio to make fly ash ceramsite concrete andordinary concrete. To compare the two fresh concretes, the article concludes that fly ashceramsite concrete is large liquidity, good workability, and self-compacting, and it can savegreatly energy, resources and get the outstanding economic benefits.This article analyzes fly ash ceramsite concrete and ordinary concrete made by theoptimal mixture ratio, after hardening, the apparent density of fly ash ceramsite concreteprepared by Jingzheng factory is low, and its flexural strength is low. Compare to ordinaryconcrete, the elastic modulus and thermal conductivity are lower, early anti-cracking is good,and the carbonation resistance, impermeability and resistance to chloride ion penetrationcapability are better. But the frost resistance of fly ash ceramsite concrete is lower than that ofordinary concrete.Experiment and comparative analysis on Jingzheng factory of fly ash ceramsite in Baotouand Xihua new building materials factory of fly ash ceramsite. Relatively low strength of flyash ceramsite concrete prepared by the Xihua new building materials factory, anti-carbonation,freeze-thaw resistance, impermeability, resistance to chloride ion penetration, the elasticmodulus are lower than the fly ash ceramsite concrete prepared by Jingzheng factory, but bulkdensity of concrete is small, thermal conductivity is small, so it can be used as a thermalinsulation material. Test results of this research study provide useful information to researchand engineering applications of fly ash ceramsite concrete for the future. |
