With the rapid increase of the national economy and people’s living standards, the degree ofelectrification and automation of industrial enterprises improved, protective type electricalapparatus is becoming more and more important role. Miniature Circuit Breaker is a protectedclass appliances, mainly used in household and distribution line terminal, when the electricalequipment failure (such as overload, short-circuit.), miniature circuit breakers can automaticallycut off the fault to protect electricity the purpose of the equipment and personal safety. And itsreliability will directly affect low voltage distribution system whether can run normally, which isclosely related to the daily lives of millions of households; so small circuit breaker overload testresearch has drawn widespread attention.This paper focuses on the miniature circuit breaker overload test intelligent controltechnology. Miniature circuit breaker as the research object, after overload test of intelligentcontrol technology works carried out a detailed study, designed the hardware circuit and wrotethe software program. The PIC single chip microcomputer as control core, through the peripheralcontrol circuit and accurate data acquisition and combined with the smooth mobilization of DCmotor to miniature circuit breaker overload characteristics systematic research, realized the SCMand touch screen serial communication function; finally, the testing system of anti-interferencetechniques are studied, so that the whole test system more stable.
