| With the development of modern industrial production, industrial production onthe level measurement requests more quickly, more accurate, more stable. Howeverthe measurement conditions of industrial measurement field are becoming more complex,the traditional level measurement instruments have been unable to meet thisdemand. Guided Wave Radar Level Meter dose not affected by change of medium’stemperature, pressure, mist, foam, etc., which is being measured. And its measurement ismore accurate, more stable. So it has been widely used in the power, storage, chemical andother industries.The level measurement system designed in this issue is based on Guided Wave Radar.It has high precision, low-power, intelligent, anti-jamming requirements, for thatMSP430F449MCU which is produced by Texas Instruments Company and ismicro-power, high-performance as the core of control system was used in this thesis. TheLCD display was designed for good man-machine interface etc. This task is tocomplete the General scheme of a level measurement system and signal transceiver modu-le based on Guided Wave Radar.In this thesis, first the necessary to design the Guided Wave Radar LevelMeasurement is discussed; then the measurement principles, measurement methods of it isdescribed in detail. We also introduce the subject and the technical requirements of itfeatures to be achieved. Third, the overall scheme of the Guided Wave Radar Level Meteraccording to the working principle of it is proposed, the hardware circuits design isemphasized. Finally the test data of the signal transceiver module is analyzed, and curvesfor the test data are made.The test results prove that signal transceiver module can emission and receive thecorrect high-speed narrow pulse signal. The module can be used in some Level measurement system. This thesis dose a summary of the work has been completed in the previous stage.It can provide some technology support for the further develop of Guided Wave RadarLevel Meter. |
