Level gauge in chemical liquid production,oil drilling,and other fields are playing an important role.With the wide application of microprocessor and signal processing technology also makes the level measurement technology is greatly improved,and intelligent remote monitoring are applied to many industrial automation production step by step.Guided wave radar level meter is under the trend of a liquid level measuring equipment.Guided wave radar level meter in low power consumption and has good real-time performance,high precision and so on,at the same time,moderate price,simple structure,good stability,with communication interface,convenient for signal transmission,has great prospects for development in the field of level measurement.This paper designed a model based on time domain reflection principle of guided wave radar level gauge,its key technologies involved in the theoretical analysis,and completed the design of control software.The guided wave radar level meter with MSP430F149 as the control core,the system includes: signal generation and capture module,a signal processing module and signal transmission module and other features.Main control software development based on the IAR Embedded Workbench interactive development environment,mainly to complete the control signal,keystrokes,parameter modification,data storage and level measurement results.And use of the c # language to complete the PC control interface design,the development platform for Microsoft Visual Studio 2013,through the USB-HART module implements between upper machine and lower desktop module connection,which can use the computer on the remote end to real-time monitor and control level.At first,this paper analyzes the research background,liquid level measurement technology on the kinds of liquid level meter introduced classification and roughly,and analyzes the principle of measurement of the guided wave radar level gauge and unique advantages,and puts forward the subject of guided wave radar level meter design requirements and performance indicators.Again this project designed by the guided wave radar level meter,a brief introduction of the related technology and theory and the design of overall scheme design is given.Level gauge software system can be divided into upper machine and lower machine of two parts,respectively for the two parts of the idea of modular design,through the flow chart is given for each module in detail,and part of the program finally of guided wave radar level meter simulation experimental device for measuring experiment,and record the experiment data.The analysis of level gauge experimental data,which can be confirmed this topic the guided wave radar level meter designed to complete different liquid level height measurement;Error distribution can be obtained through the experiment data,the guided wave radar level meter high measuring precision,good repeatability,can achieve the resolution of 1 mm,and its error indexes meet the design requirements.If subsequent to the level to further improve,it must be able to achieve better effect of level measurement.
