Research On Air Flow Fast-happen And Control System

Automobile is more and more precision, stability, energy efficiency and environmentalfriendly with the vigorous development of the automotive industry. There are many sensorsin an automobile. The air mass flow is a very important one. The response speed of air massflow, which reflects the dynamic characteristic of air flow, has much influence to the car.But there are very little research reports about this part, and it is also difficult to find anymachine which can test the response speed of a car.This topic is used to development an air flow fast-happen and control system whichcan test the dynamic response speed of a car. This device is divided into three parts: themechanical system, hardware system and user operating system. This paper makes adetailed introduction to the three system component.The mechanical system is mainly made up by the gas pipe and a few valves. It is usedto control the gas flow incentive cycle and the mass of flow. The hardware system drivesthe mechanical system by provide signal which can be recognized by valves. The useroperating system is used friendly. With the operating system, users can not only setparameters of the air flow fast-happened and control system conveniently, and also cantransfer the response speed data collected through the device to the oscillogram which isshowed on screen intuitively.This paper introduces composition, working principle and function design of the threeparts system, and also introduces the steps of application experiment. Three kinds of airmass flow are tested by the device. And performances of the three mass flows are comparedbased on amount of data during the tests. At the end of the paper, some conclusions aresummarized through the whole research of this subject.Voice-coil valve is made of voice-coil actuator and high-frequency valve. It has higherworking frequency compared with the high-frequency valve. By using this valve in thedevice, the Response speed curve can be more precisely. The air flow fast-happened andcontrol system, combining system control and data collection in a whole part, with theused-friendly operating system design, help users to use the device more conveniently.
