Research On The Exploration Of The Facade Design Of High Residence In China

Along with the fast development of high-rise residence in the recent tenyears and the improvement of the social life for our people, the requirementswhich is about the facade design of residence has been increased. But I find thatthere is little research about the format and model of residence elevation,although the national products integrate closely with practice in a detailed anddiversified development. Under the great development of urbanization, theresearch and study of the elegant and detailed, special and abstemious formatsfor the contemporary residence should be carried on in the same way. Therefore,it is very essential for us to make one for high-rise residence.Therefore, I choose the high-rise residence`s facade design as a topic in myarticle. Firstly, I will give a research and classification for the development ofhigh-rise residence`s facade design between our country and other developedcities. I will also do a comparison of this facade`s development within China,Singapore, Europe, and America to expound contradictoriness of high-riseresidence by some articles and design cases, Even I can classify the connectionsbetween the surface principles and elevation elements.Then a research of the facade design will be started in a macro side. Inorder to conclude out some design regulation for the elevation language, aspecified study for these types with the surface principle and the elements ofelevation and shape will be done by some representative cases,Thirdly, the structural elements and regulations for the external elevationwill be considered in a micro side as well. I will give an analysis on thecombination of some elements, like windows and balcony to dissect theprinciple on detailed elevation, and then summarize the regulation for thecharacter of elevation.At last, for verifying the rationality of the above, I will use some practicalcases which I had participated to do an analysis. And I hope these regulationscan be useful with its valuable contributions for the future elevation design...
