Research On Facade Style And Detail Design And Development Of Shenzhen High-Rise Residential Buildings

With the rapid development of my country’s economic level,the process of urbanization has been further accelerated,and a large number of people have poured into cities.The demographic dividend has promoted urban construction but also led to the emergence of some urban problems.Among them,the housing problem is the most basic people’s livelihood problem.Based on the reality of limited land resources,highrise residential land has obvious advantages and more efficient use of land.High-rise and even super-high-rise residential buildings are currently an effective solution.In large cities,high-rise residential buildings are bound to be the future residential development.a major trend.However,due to the short development history of highrise residential buildings in my country,there are inevitably many problems in the design of high-rise building facades.Shenzhen,as the experimental field of my country’s reform and opening up,has developed rapidly since its establishment in 1979,especially the commercial housing market.Relying on the policy of opening up and its unique geographical location,Shenzhen’s residential construction has quickly taken the lead in the country.Its highrise residential buildings The design has a strong demonstration role in the country from the type to the form.This paper takes Shenzhen high-rise residential projects as the research object,focuses on the analysis and research of "facade style and detail design" of residential buildings,and discusses the mainstream facade style and detail design of high-rise residential buildings in the current real estate market.The overall research of this paper can be divided into three parts:The first part(introduction)is the background,content,object,and related research and practice of this study.Sort out the missing parts of the research status,and put forward the theoretical and practical significance of this research.The second part(chapter two,three and four)is the analysis of development characteristics.Firstly,we will sort out the development history of housing in my country,and sort out the uniqueness and pioneering nature of Shenzhen housing market in China.Then we will stage the development of housing construction in Shenzhen,sort out the characteristics of high-rise housing development at each stage,and outline the types of facade details and the details of this study.Depth,that is,an important detail component that intuitively affects the formation of residential style(Chapter 2).Then,based on on-the-spot research and literature review,it sorts out the mainstream styles of Shenzhen’s residential market in various periods,divides Shenzhen’s residential styles into three categories: Western style,new Chinese style and modern style,and analyzes the internal development characteristics of the three styles one by one,and further sorts out the styles.Detailing tendencies that make up each style(three chapters).Then it summarizes the general direction of Shenzhen high-rise residential style and detail design,then analyzes the macro and micro factors of Shenzhen highrise residential style and detail development,and summarizes the current problems and challenges in Shenzhen residential facade design(chapter four).The third part(Chapter 5),based on the development problems sorted out above,summarizes the facade style and detail design optimization methods of high-rise residential buildings in a targeted manner,and summarizes the special details that constitute different styles of residential buildings and the general characteristics of different styles of high-rise residential buildings.detailed approach.Through the research and summary of the facade style and detail design of highrise residential buildings in Shenzhen,aiming at the problems existing in the current high-rise residential facade design in Shenzhen,I try to start from the style and detail design to discuss the direction of high-rise residential facade design in my country.
