According to the latest statistics of the ministry of communications, to theend of2011, China’s highway mileage has reached85000kilometers, rankingthe second in the world. With the rapid growth of the highway mileage,increasing heavy of maintenance task, reasonable layout maintenance site andconfiguration of the corresponding maintenance machinery will become moreand more important, the uniformity of the maintenance task’s distribution、theadaptability of maintenance machinery configuration and the scientific ofmechanical equipment management have become the main problem of thehighway facing;Therefore, researching on the reasonable layout of maintenancesite and the corresponding mechanical configuration management have veryimportant practical significance.The paper has completed tasks as follows:1、According to the highway maintenance tasks and requirements, the paperput forward principles of maintenance site layout and functions of site.Considering constraint conditions of convenience, emergency and economy,etc,using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the shortest path and totalcost minimum,etc.to constructe the model of site layout at all levels,obtaining the conclusion by the examples. According to the actual situation of roadnetwork, considering influence factors of mechanical configuration, the pepergived principle, standard and calculation model of quantity of the mechanicalconfiguration.2、 Confirming the software and hardware environment of systemdevelopment, selecting the B/S three layer structure system, With the help ofWindows2003operating systems,taking Visual Studio2005as the platform,using ASP.NET technology, C#language and SQL Server2005databasetechnology combining development.3、Completing the demand analysis of the system, a detailed analysisfunction demand of the system, using of perfect software engineering thinking tocomplete system design work, including the system overall design, modulefunction design and database design. The overall design summarily answered tothe system should be the problem of how to realize, module function designcovered all user functional requirements, database design provided a goodbackground support.4、 Using the highway network as an example in Shanxi provice, Calculating the schemea of maintenance site layout in the whole Shaanxiprovince and mechanical configuration of some site, results were basicallyreasonable tally with the actual situation,which verified the feasibility of thesystem.
