Mechanical and electrical equipment of Highway as the main part ofthe highway plays an important role. Highway electromechanicalequipment management, including communication, fees, monitoring,power distribution, lighting and other subsystems, including mechanicaland electrical system can work properly.It raises the level of highwayoperations management and ensure that the normative premise of the thehighway operational management work and the foundation.In this paper, the production of electrical and mechanical equipmentin the Xi Han highway operators for the study, analysis expresswayelectromechanical device management situation and existing problems.The analysis found that the existing the XiHan highway management ofmechanical and electrical equipment management style backward meansof mechanical and electrical equipment management mainly inadministration, the lack of the underlying database, the lack of scientificdecision-making, randomness, management costs and extensive management problems.The author combine the own work, on the basis of in-depth researchand access to relevant literature, from three aspects of the establishmentof the Xi Han highway equipment maintenance and management of thenew model, building mechanical and electrical facilities maintenancemanagement system as well as the implementation of the meticulousmanagement of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance costssuggest improvements suggestions and ideas of the Xi Han highwaymanagement of high-speed devices. New equipment maintenancemanagement model is actually made to combine Xi Han highway devicemanagement, proved to have some applicability. In order to avoid thedrawbacks of existing equipment management system, designed for the XiHan highway electromechanical device information management system.The system consists of four modules of the device informationmanagement, inventory management, conservation process managementand fault management, work reasonably clear division of responsibilities,clear and friendly interface, which can effectively improve the supervision of the maintenance unit to increase the interaction between alllevels dynamically reflect the day-to-day management of the mechanicaland electrical equipment, and can greatly reduce the working pressure ofthe scene electromechanical management personnel. The paper alsometiculous management of routine maintenance repair work to pay forthe maintenance unit, it can be able to pay the maintenance costs do themaintenance state of repair of the equipment.
