China has become the world manufacturing center,with the development of domestic industrial production,equipment numerical control,intelligent level unceasing enhancement,the effect and influence of equipment in modern manufacturing technology is increasingly expanding.Refinement of social division of labor and the progress of science and technology management,equipment management also get the corresponding value and development,gradually formed an independent discipline and management system.Equipment management is an indispensable part of enterprise management,it plays an important role to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.After the author studied the development current situation of equipment management both at home and abroad and the actual application of modern equipment management theory in domestic and foreign enterprises,with the CIMC-SHAC company’s enterprise management status,equipment management framework,workflow,etc.as the foundation,to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research with the introducing process of advanced equipment management model such as TPM(Total Productive Maintenance),lean production and so on.The study of equipment management system,using the way from bottom to top,from point to surface,from some representative equipments first,from the daily maintenance,repair process,repair summary,these problems existing in the management system to stick into the point,combining with the using characteristics of special-purpose vehicle enterprises equipment,to research and to design countermeasures.Paper focuses on participation of autonomous-maintenance activities,professional-maintenance process and system design,lubrication management process design,the maintenance personnel training system set up,mainly from these four aspects to improve equipment problems existing in use and management,so as to realize equipment total increase of energy efficiency,equipment maintenance cost reduction,more scientific and standardized management process goals.In the process of analyzing the research and solving enterprise actual problems,a large number of modern management methods,tools and technology have been adopted.Analysis about the present situation of CIMC-SHAC company’s equipment management etc.,using qualitative analysis method,the project team management,fishbone diagram analysis,etc.;For equipment using ABC classification;For the process design improvement in the system,combining the theory of industrial engineering(IE),lean production,full equipment management,TPM and other advanced equipment management methods and modes.This thesis introduces research process and results of advanced equipment management.It has a certain reference value to those special-purpose vehicle enterprises that have demand of equipment management improvement and promotion.
