With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China,there are more and more demolition and renovation projects,and construction waste is also continuously generated.At the same time,the demand for sand and gravel materials in construction projects continues to increase.The resulting environmental damage and shortage of resources have caused huge problems for people.If the construction waste is recycled and prepared into recycled materials,it can not only protect the environment,but also save construction materials and reduce engineering costs,which is of great significance for increasing economic benefits and sustainable development of various engineering constructions.Aiming at the characteristics of brick-concrete construction waste and the demand for raw materials in road engineering,this paper studies the application of construction waste recycled materials in road engineering through experimental research.To study the impact of different compaction methods on the road performance of recycled aggregate Inorganic binder stabilized aggregates,and determine the compaction method suitable for recycled aggregates;to study the influence of the amount of rubber and the content of concrete particles on the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate Inorganic binder stabilized aggregates,Determine the mixing ratio that meets the requirements of the specification;study the antifreeze performance of the recycled aggregate Inorganic binder stabilized aggregate;observe the microstructure of the Inorganic binder stabilized aggregate and analyze the effect of the hydration product on the recycled aggregate Inorganic binder stabilized aggregate in combination with the hydration of the cementitious material Performance impact;study the impact of debris content and concrete particle content on the road performance of recycled aggregate graded crushed stone;Finally,through statistical processing of the test data,analyze the strength development trend and fit,and establish a model according to the fitting equation,Validate the feasibility of strength prediction for inorganic aggregates of recycled aggregates.The research results show that:(1)the light compaction method can effectively improve the compactness of the Inorganic binder stabilized aggregate,and can ensure that the recycled aggregate Inorganic binder stabilized aggregate has good road performance;(2)combined with the actual project,the cement content is 4%,and the concrete When the particle content is 25%,the unconfined compressive strength of the water-stable mixture can meet the requirements of all kinds of pavement subbase;increase the cement content to obtain higher mechanical properties;lime content 6%,fly ash mixing The unconfined compressive strength of the lime fly ash stabilized mixture with 14% by weight and 25% concrete particle content can meet the requirements of various road bases;increasing the amount of fly ash can obtain higher mechanical properties.(3)The content of concrete particles has an obvious effect on the antifreeze performance of the mixture;the amount of cement and lime fly ash have little effect on the antifreeze performance.(4)All the recycled aggregate graded crushed stone load ratio CBR in this paper is between 175%-235%,which meets the requirements of the current specifications,and increasing the content of concrete particles can effectively increase thevalue of CBR.(5)A 180-day-old strength function model was established to predict the unconfined compressive strength.
