As the special sections of highway, highway tunnel is in the collaboration of tunnelventilation system, lighting system and tunnel incident detection and traffic guidancesystem, they get together to complete the control work of highway tunnel. The independentand advanced of each system, not only to ensure that the highway tunnel operationsmoothly and safely, but also as the basis for realization of tunnel operation efficiency andsaving.This article is precisely relying on this objective, established the tunnel traffic flowmodel and provides basis for the control system and the induction program based on Qinling Mountains Ba Yuan tunnel of Xi Shang high-speed. Research and analysis of tunnelventilation control system, using feed-forward fuzzy control theory in the tunnel ventilationcontrol and establish a ventilation control model in the SIMULINK environment. Thesimulation results show that even in the most harsh environment, CO concentration and VIconcentration can still control in200ppm and below0.007m-1, while the wind machineopening quantity can be reduced about10%. In the lighting system this article combinedwith the domestic and international related research presents a new lighting solution, whichusing paramagnetic light and back lighting at the tunnel exit and entrance, using LED andhigh pressure sodium lamp at the transition section, using LED lighting at basic section. Imodeling and simulation in DIALux software environment, the results shows that theuniformity and gradient effect is better after compared the new scheme with the originalscheme in illuminance and luminance uniformity. And the new scheme has more advantagesin the lighting costs and long-term operating costs. Finally, this article discussed the tunnelincident detection algorithm and control methods, establish the corresponding inducedtraffic map, gives the corresponding control scheme of induction according to the differentpossible scenarios through the method of theory with practice and on the basis of thespecific induction scheme in number YK67+255to YK68+255sections of Ba Yuan tunnelQin Ling Mountains.
