The dynamic property is the most basic and important property for vehicles, thetransportation efficiency of the working vehicles largely depends on their dynamic property.For the last decade, the Competent Authorities of Transport and Communications evaluatesand tests the dynamic property of the vehicles following GB/T18276-2000Test-bedMethods and Evaluating Index of Dynamic Property for Motor Vehicles. However, with theincrease of the vehicle types and development of the test techniques, many problems arisein the process of execution of this standard. To solve these problems, the author put forwardto the suitable Test-bed Test Method and redefined the limit value of the evaluating index inthis thesis.In this paper, the author first analyzed several common evaluation parameters of thevehicle dynamic property, and then researched the implementations of GB/T18276-2000dynamic testing standards. Through analyzing of the problems, we found that the presentstandard specified in the detection speed and actual situation have a large deviation, thespeed deviation will lead to increase the error of the power test, and impact the evaluationresults for in-use vehicle dynamics. By analyzing the basic calculate principle of the vehicledynamic bench testing system software, the paper established the bench resistance, theresistance of the vehicle driveline and rolling resistance calculation model, then we got thebalance of power relations characteristics. We obtained the power value of a single driveshaft car chassis dynamometer and dual drive shaft drive power consumption by the internalresistance of the chassis dynamometer, as well as the power consumption of different testvehicle driveline resistance value and speed characteristics through the dynamic bench test.Through the anti-drag and glide method of the Chassis dynamometer bench test analysis,we established the rolling resistance coefficient and the speed of regression mathematicalmodel to determine the power consumption of the rolling resistance. The paper proposed touse the actual engine output power and rated power ratio as the vehicle power bench testmethod evaluation index, and through eleven7-9T trucks bench analysis, confirmed thetonnage range of the lorry limit is60%.
