In this paper, the dynamic performance of a "NCB" combined cycle steam turbinegenerator unit of the rotors system and framed foundation in-depth analysis, presents agood matching design for rotors-bearings-foundation system to ensure that the unit hasgood dynamic performance, and safe in operation. The unit to meet the on-line "splitting" and "parallel" with LP, the layout of theturbo generator must be distinguished from conventional layout generator front, andbetween HP and LP set up an Synchro-Self-Shifting clutch, thereby splitting the LP,which brings to the great difficulties of rotors system. Rotors system must be designed toensure that the unit safe operation in the two conditions: First, the condensing operatingconditions; two backpressure operating condition of HP. In addition, in order to meet therequirements of the safe operation of SSS clutch, in this case, the design of rotors systemput forward higher request. The turbo generator set on the layout has changed, leading framed foundation on thematching design compared to the conventional framed foundation has also changedaccordingly, this paper presents a recommended designing programmer for the framedfoundation, through large commercial software Abaqus6.8.1to undertake an in-depthstudy on the dynamic performance of the programmer to ensure that it meets the nationalstandards requirement. In addition,"dynamic stiffness" of the framed foundation as abridge, with a steam turbine generator set bearing seat stiffness coupling, to analyze thecoupling effect of the unit rotors-bearing-foundation system.
