At present, building energy consumption accounts for about20.7%ofsocial terminal energy consumption. Meanwhile, with the development ofour national economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, thebuilding energy consumption is increasingly growing. Therefore, toenhance the efficiency of energy utilization and realize the strategy ofsustainable development have become the consensus of the government andpeople. In this paper, at first, models of the traditional energy supply systemare presented, especially the conventional CCHP system. The energy supplyof the supply system and the demand of the user must be equal. So, thispaper discusses dynamic load calculation and simulates the cooling, heating, power loads of a typical user separately using DeST and EnergyPlus.Comparing the simulated result with the data provided by user, the articleanalyses the results which made by different simulation methods.Secondly, according to the geographical position, the local weatherconditions, combined with the available energy resources, the paper designthe energy-coupling system which gives full consideration to the use ofrenewable energy and waste heat recovery. In terms of the equipment leveland system level, the paper establishes the mathematical model, consideringthe energy flow between load balance, equipment performance constraintand the effects to the environment. At the same time, it sets up acomprehensive objective function which gives expression to energy-saving,economics and environment protection. In addition, it presents the operationstrategy of coupled system theoretically. Finally, the passage conducts a research on evaluation model on thesystem according to thermodynamics, energy conservation, environmental impact and economics. It establishes comprehensive evaluation system, then, uses the evaluation system to compare the conventional CCHP systemto traditional energy supply system from the point of energy conservationand environment impact. Simultaneously, the paper makes operationoptimization through the case, and gets a better operation results. The articleprovides the guidance for design and optimization operation of all types ofdistributed energy system through seeking the best optimization strategy ofthe system and looking for energy matching of the coupling system.
