The geothermal energy cascade utilization system is utilized step by step according to the geothermal fluid temperature,which greatly improves the geothermal energy utilization rate.For engineering projects,the operational status and energy efficiency of the cascade utilization system are not clear enough.This paper establishes a cascade utilization engineering monitoring system,based on the actual project,analyzes the main factors affecting the energy efficiency of the system,optimizes the key parameters affecting the energy efficiency of the cascade utilization system and studies The operating status of the cascade utilization system is analyzed.Combined with the engineering practice,the non-interfering rock thermal energy cascade utilization system is constructed,and the main components of the system and its working principle are expounded.Introducing the entansy theory to establish a mathematical model for each component of the energy conversion system;according to the theoretical model,the relationship between the system loss rate and the system energy efficiency ratio is analyzed,and the main factors affecting the energy efficiency of the cascade utilization system are obtained.On the basis of clearly determining the energy efficiency of the system,the monitoring system is established,and the key parameters such as temperature and flow rate are monitored.According to TRNSYS software,the cascade utilization system simulation platform is used to simulate the operating state of the system,and the formation temperature gradient and the temperature of the underground heat exchanger are obtained.The variation of the source side flow rate and the relationship between the system cop value and the ground source side and the load side temperature;the five main factors affecting the system cop value are reasonably valued,and the orthogonal test method is used to optimize the system cop value from the previous 4.5 To 5.2;the purpose of the monitoring system is to clarify the operating state of the system.Based on the typical operating characteristics of the key equipment of the system,based on wavelet analysis and BP neural network analysis of its operating characteristics,it is found that the feature recognition effect is significant,and the faults before and after wavelet denoising are compared.The data shows that the detection rate after denoising is higher.
