Electrical Design And Research For Entire Marine Electric Propulsion Dredger

With the development of power electronic technology and alternatingmotor manufacture, frequency conversion driving technology have been largeprovided in marine shipping building area. It is the first time that thistechnology has been used in dredger design in china. Otherwise due to theChankiang river route and economic benefit, it is starve for Dustpan dredgerto clean river route. The initiation of electrical propulsion application in thedredger and successful experience building is the first electrical drivingtechnology exploration in new ship type, and also a major breakthrough forour country’s shipbuilding industry. It is significant for us to put our countryforward powerful-shipbuilding from big-shipbuilding.This dissertation makes a particular demonstration of electric propulsiontechnology application in Dustpan dredger design. The result of this studycould be summarized as follow:(1)Analysis the way of dredger’s driving according entire electricalpropulsion and one drag two configuration scheme, and the one linediagram of whole electrical power system is presented.(2)Researching the construction of marine electrical propulsion,including power equipment, power distribution equipment, drivingequipment, propulsion equipment and control device, according tothat, the parameters of these devices are conformed.(3)The research analyzes the effect of harmonic to ship electricity andsuppression, and figures out results of multiphase rectifier forharmonic suppression with ETAP.(4)Short circuit calculating and selective protection are proposed, and the protection scheme of marine electrical is designed.(5)Study in integration of dredging control system computer network.Propitious business of the delivered dredger proved, it is possible thatentire electrical propulsion system can be used in the dredger successfully.
