The vast majority of freight cars in China are no fixed attachment, with high security requirements, high train density, short operating time, poor working conditions, multi-failure modes. With the development of speed and load increasing, the pressure of freight cars maintenance becomes larger and larger, the use of inspection tasks in train technology sector and members of the labor intensity of inspection train continuing to increase, the contradiction is outstanding between the nervous of train inspectors and the quality requirements of train inspection. Thus, the traditional means of freight car maintenance has clearly not suited to the use of railway development. At the same time, the technology and equipment of freight cars are constantly improving, especially the use of technology and development on the5T safety monitoring equipment as the main body to prevent.It plays an important role in the real-time monitoring the running quality of vehicles and ensuring the safety of railway transportation. Therefore, it provides a good platform for the railway vehicles maintenance.TFDS which is referred to trouble of moving freight image detection system is an important part of the5T systems. TFDS system adapts to the use of the development and exerting of freight trains on which Ministry of Railways about maintenance in our country put forward to strengthen the both ends of the train inspection repair and cancel checking the middle column requirements. The system combines with other security monitoring systems, covering all the operating range of the section of train inspection work field. However, the traditional TFDS system settings must be attached to the train inspection work field. Using the detection and dynamic inspection station one-to-one mode, causes the workload efficiency low of the dynamic inspectors of TFDS system, dynamic detection loses balance and the function of the system can’t be sufficient. What’s more, due to executive’s idea deviation, causes the use of the system can’t be deepened and the slow progress in human-computer division.In order to improve the use and management level of the TFDS system and integrate resources of the TFDS system, by the end of2009, Kunming Railway administration put forward to make full use of5T resources, optimize labor production organization, improve the quality of train inspection and labor efficiency. The existing plan contains six directions, Weishe Nankun upside, Nankun downside, Weihong upside, Kunming southeast upside, Hukun upside and Chengkun downside, detect data and transmit the data to Kunming north depot. In the depot, it can finish the TFDS dynamic inspection and realize the TFDS dynamic inspection system focus on work. This passage taking TFDS system as the subject, establishes the construction scheme of transmission channels and data transmission network of the TFDS dynamic inspection system through the calculation of the data transmission system and transmission broadband requirement. And this passage analyses how to carry on the system implementation scheme. What’s more, it discusses transmission stability, optimizes the transmission mode and processing strategy. Meanwhile, through the management means of using informatization and intellectualization software, TFDS system on the basis continuing the use unified function of traditional is established and realizes the corresponding relation between dynamic inspection and TFDS station. It improves the labor efficiency of the dynamic inspectors, balances the work and complements the resources when trains arrived densely. Through utilizing the advantage of the concentration system to detect data and manage the data, it establishes some auxiliary management functions such as rich statistics, inquiry and monitoring the work process. It provides effective support for the use of the TFDS system.At present, Kunming Railway administration has achieved the concentration of six directions TFDS operations by using of the TFDS centralized operation system. And4teams members can complete the original six groups dynamically detecting work.The labor productivity of the dynamic inspectors have improved50%. After a year of application, the system performance is stable and the operation is reliable. It realizes the balanced allocation of TFDS dynamic inspection and the labor efficiency has a dramatic increase.
