Study On The Surveillance System Of Inspecting Operations Of Freight Trains

Freight transport is the core content of railway operation. The safe transport of freight is the embodiment of Railway Company's tenet, which is for the people, and it's also one of the main indexes which qualify the safety of railway transport.Once in the freight safety management, because of simple means and equipments and dependence on artificial observing and measuring, measurement of freight loading was limited to static state, so that it is short of efficient inspecting and control. Along with the increasing world economic integration and joining in WTO, it is urgent to strengthen the invention and application of railway safe technological equipment. Furthermore, because of Chinese railway's complex operation statement and highly intent carrying burden, it can decrease or exclude serious aftereffect caused by man-made mistake by using advanced and dependable technology and equipment.So, combined with the fact of our country's railway freight transport and using foreign advanced experience for reference, the author studied and invented the surveillance system of inspecting operations of freight trains. This system can manage freight transport scientifically and avoid incident ahead. What's more through qualitative and quantificational analysis of memory-information, it can conclude a rule of freight transport incident, offering credible dependence on operation and advanced ways on improving safety management.This thesis specifically introduces the basic theory and technology, collective design, project performance, and system appliance on the surveillance system of inspecting operations of freight trains. The completed system can realize automatic management during freight transport and solve the problem of just in time measuring of dynamic overweight, deflection loading, and beyond-limit. The system can run system rightly while freight train coming into inspecting area and make just-in-time surveillance on statement of loading freight and operating trains which speed is 60km/h. At the same time it can also make just in time examine on statement of freight carrying. When the loading is beyond limit, it can alarm with speech and show notice, the number behind the locomotive, the just-in-time special picture on the screen. It's also convenient to recall, transferor delete, make parameter maintenance, assert parameter, set using-state, increase or decrease system function, print datum and output picture, etc.Combined the fact of the study, the author summarized the technology and function of the surveillance system of inspecting operations of freight trains and make some suggestions.
