Domestically Research And Applicatin The CPR1000Nuclear Station Simulator Of Insecurity-level

No-Safety simulator of nuclear station is very important. It is use to train operator.Before operator operates the simulator, it must be qualified in the test. The training isvery import in nuclear station. The quality of training is relevant to safe of nuclearstation.This thesis mainly studies the application of the No-Safety simulator LEVEL2onnuclear station. No-Safety simulator LEVEL2of nuclear station has three importantfunctions，Firstly, Emulating DCS(Digital Control System) mainly accomplishes thesimulation of real time data store, real time data analysis, history data store, and alarmanalysis, and the reformation of real DCS assures the correctness of simulation.Secondly, Making No-Safety simulator of Nuclear Station can be controlled in runningstate, this paper studies the change of state when No-Safety simulator station runs,designs the corrective instruction supported by simulator, and achieves that simulatorcan become run, pause, start, or accelerate and so on in running state, thus simulator’stime is discrete that is different from DCS system whose time is continuous, on thebase of precious research operator can operate the simulator conveniently and factually.Finally by the analysis of the data format and a means of communication, this paperdesigns the algorithm of analyzing the instruction and data from model, and achievesthe data driver between simulator LEVEL2and nuclear model, and analysises theconsistency of time and state in processing data when simulator LEVEL2runs, anddesigns the timing function to provide the unified timer for the whole system.
