The Researching Of Permanent Magnet Type Vacuum Circuit Breaker Intelligent Protector And Anti-interference Technology

Because of the harsh industrial environment, it’s significant to research theintelligent, strong anti-interference ability of the protection device of permanentmagnet type vacuum circuit breaker to guarantee the security of industrial electricity.This paper studies the intellectual protection principle and the anti-jammingtechnology of double-coil bistable permanent magnetic actuator vacuum circuitbreaker, the principle based on amplitude discriminator with phase-sensitive detectionmethods to determine the short-circuit is proposed, the method of current sub-detectionis described. This system selected C8051F021microcontroller as control core, usedswitching power supply, could control the circuit breaker on and off. The system alsohas a voltage detection, current sensing, voltage protection, short circuit protection,insulation detection and protection, phase imbalance protection functions. In softwaredesign, the output energy of the continuous and controllable and adjustable, improvedthe system’s intelligence level and compatibility.In hardware design, the system used four kinds of anti-jamming technology forexample isolation, grounding, filtering and shielding. Add digital filtering and aircommand and other technical methods in software to improve anti-jamming capability.The system has achieved desired effect in the5KV pulse disturbance group ofexperiment, and can operate in electromagnetic environment normally.
