In the oil mist lubrication technology, in order to reduce the transmission losses in the oil mist, oil mist transfer size to as small as possible, and when the oil mist lubrication equipment to be transferred to the Department before entering the friction pair. must be condensed treatment increased oil mist particle size to improve the adhesion of oil mist on the surface friction effects, so as to Lubricating oil film formation more effectively. Experiments and theory exploration are both carried on in this paper owing to the deficiency in the application of oil film formation.First, This paper studies the theory and the process of Spray metal wall film formation, also identify the impact of film attached to the wall of the main factors, as well as oil mist particles and metal wall to form an effective film, in order to study these factors and film formation relations, we design and build a experiment table.Through many times the experiment we have the effective data, And use software MATLAB, Use the Numerical fitting of experimental data processing, get the empirical formula between the film thickness and the parameters.Through the experiment, we verify that the important implications between the different parameters of condensed mouth lubricating oil film on the metal wall formation. During the experiment, we measure the six factors of the working conditions (inlet air pressure, air flow, fuel-air pressure), injection parameters (condensed mouth aperture size, spray distance, spray angle)。Through Analysis of experimental data,we obtained by the intake air flow pressure and increase oil film is conducive to the formation of oil mist pressure in the4-6KPa or so, oil mist lubrication best. At the same time we get the relationship between three different spray parameters and wall film formation, when the condensed mouth aperture values in the1.2-2.Omm between the distance in10-20mm spray and oil mist impingement angle between the vertical, the lubrication best conducive to the formation of oil film. Through orthogonal test, the inlet pressure is the main influence factors, condensed mouth pore size and spray distances effect is similar.
