| As a special machine, vibrating machines are widely applied to industry. People can achieve many craft procedures such as vibrating screening and vibrating transportation by using these machines. The design of resonance machine using the resonant theory can be used to achieve greater small amplitude, and improve the efficiency of the working body. At the same time, we use isolation and vibration theory to reduce the load which is passed to the foundation by the working body. The vibration machine designed by anti-resonance theory can achieve using vibration and reducing vibration at the same time.According to resonance theory and anti-resonance theory, some theories about the two-stage vibration isolation system are deduced and analyzed. Then some curves which are the relationships between delivery rate, amplitude, phase and frequency are simulated by Maple and Matlab. Besides, some researches on the characteristic curves of driving point anti-resonant vibrating machine are done. Then, the isolation effect of two-stage vibration isolation system is compared with driving point anti-resonant vibrating machine.Based on the previous researches, two types of cross-point anti-resonance vibration machine are studied. Then, some conditions required to satisfy three degrees of freedom degenerating into two degrees of freedom are deduced and analyzed.Additionally, combining the resonance theory with the anti-resonance theory, an anti-resonance inertial resonance mechanism is designed to make one mass resonant and the other mass anti-resonant. Then, an assumption that the anti-resonant frequency of plasmid equals to the second-order resonant frequency of the system is put forward. At the same time, the amplitude with different leverage ratios are compared, and the curves of various characteristic are simulated. Besides, the transmissibility of anti-resonant machines on the two-lever is compared with the single lever. |
