| The inertial reciprocating linear vibrating screen is widely applied to carry outscreening cleaning and so on in food,petroleum, chemical, mining and other fields becauseof the advantage of work stability, low energy consumption, good cleaning effect andadjusting easil’y angle s direction and amplitude of the vibration body according to actualproduction requirement and so on.The current inertial reciprocating linear vibrating screensare forced to vibrate by double vibration motors.The vibration motors are all installed onscreen box, which ’not only lead to the increase of the vibrating bodys quality and theexciting force, but also reduce longevity of the vibration motor. In addition,side plate ofthe screen box is easily damaged, noise produced by vibration is also more extensivewhich do harm to the operator health.In view of the above problems of the inertial reciprocating linear vibrating screen,ifrstof all, this article will start rfom the current research status and background,and takeresonance theory as theoretical basis,and put forward design concept> purpose> meaning ofthe inertial reciprocating anti-resonance vibration screen with the double vibration body.Secondly, the mechanical model of the inertial reciprocating anti-resonance vibration screenwith the double vibration body was established,and then its dynamic differential equationwas listed。at the end of that,dynamics equation of the steady state of inertial reciprocatinganti-resonance vibration screen with the double vibration bodies was solved by pluralmethod,and then the steady state response of the equation is obtained。the curves ofamplitude-rfequency characteirstic are drew out by using MATLAB according to theequation of th‘e steady state s response,and the influence of vairous parameters on thesteady state’ s response is analyzed,and the main dynamic parameters of the inertialreciprocating anti-resonance vibration screen with the double vibration body are obtainedth’at are brace stiftfiesses of two vibrating bodies brace springs。Finally, the virtual prototype model of the inertial reciprocating anti-resonance vibration screen with the double vibration bodies is established, the vibration displacementof the upper and lower vibration bodies,velocity, acceleration? the deformation and forcediagram of the upper and lower brace springs are obtained,and then the feasibility ofanti-resonance theory used in the design and the correctness of the selected dynamicalparameters are veirifed。... |
