In this paper, a certain type of bus body frame for the study, were applied ANSYS Monte Carlo module in PDS and response surface method were used, their strength and torsion stiffness in bending and the reliability of the two conditions analysis, and the results be compared and evaluated in order to make probabilistic design method is applied to bus body design, the design better.First, the paper will use APDL language modeling framework of bus body, to impose constraints and solution. Passenger in the modeling process will be simplified the original model, and will be a parameterized bus section, on bending and torsion were two operating conditions imposed by various constraints, such as loading process in a number of accessories to consider seat load effects, on the bus body strength and stiffness of static analysis.Then, the traditional analysis based on the introduction of Bus Body Design and Analysis of the concept of probability, on the bus body to analyze the reliability of strength and stiffness. This will be material properties, structural dimensions, such as the external load of random input variables, the maximum stress, maximum displacement and the performance function is most output variables, using ANSYS software PDS module on bending and torsion load for two bus body strength and stiffness reliability analysis, including use of Monte Carlo and the response surface are two different ways to solve it.Finally,I compared and valued the above calculation and analysis of the results. Through the reliability analysis can determine which random input variables on bus body structure strength and stiffness was largely ineffective element which, again compared with the actual, Bus Body for the future to design, optimize and shorten the development cycle, reduce development costs to provide reference.With the basic science research, the reliability of science and engineering has become a very important concept, based on probability in structural reliability analysis has deep and extensive engineering background, so there are broad prospects for development and practice.
