Along with the increase of China's auto market and the rise of the domestic car ownership,the safety performance is becoming more and more important to the consumers' attention.In recent years,frequent occurrence of traffic accident,resulting in a large amount of property loss and casualties.So,to improve auto safety performance to guarantee personal safety and road traffic operation efficiency,and a series of social problems has important practical significance.In the traffic accident,collision is one of the most common accidents,in those collisions,the car rear collision characteristics of circumference is one of the keys to ensure the passive safety.So the study of car rear crash safety features has positive significance to improve vehicle passive safety performance.Based on the one brand passenger car bumper structure in current domestic market as the prototype.Using CATIA engineering software to establish the three-dimensional entity models of the rear bumper anti-collision beam and pendulum collider.Then comply with the standard GB 17354-17354? Front and Rear Protective Devices for Passenger Cars ?in our country to make the passenger car rear bumper anti-collision beam collision simulation,In view of the collision features such as large displacement,large deformation in the nonlinear collision,through the explicit dynamic finite element collision simulation module of ANSYS software to make the simulations,through the study of meshing model,and defining the front processor post processor and solver for the rear bumper crash beams finite element model.According to the results of the collision data for rear bumper anti-collision beam in collision simulation,analyze the dynamic response,evaluate anti-collision beam performance of this type bumper,At the same time,according to multiple sets of collision simulation tests in different types.analyze the main influencing factors of the rear bumper anti-collision beam in collision simulation.And combined with relevant analysis to summarize the change rules of displacement,stress and deformation and other when the bumper anti-collision beam under impact.and make the corresponding protective device structure optimization design.Through analysizing the collision results and data of the original finite element model,and on this basis,make the feasibility structure optimization and material changes.Then put the corresponding optimized structure into the finite element crash simulation.Finally through the data comparison,to seek more optimized rear structure,Then achieve the goal that improve the rear bumper beams resistance performance,improved the safety of the passenger car.
