The focus ofthis paper is the design quality control countermeasures research of SJY Company.This paper takes SJY Company’s representative specialty-structure specialty asan example, according to the company’s quality status of the current designachievement and nearly three years’ design achievement file of structure specialty tofind out the quality problems in the achievement. Through the analysis of theseproblems, find out the causes of the quality problems. Then analyzes the relationshipbetween reasons and influencing factors, find out the factors of influent the quality ofdesign achievement.
