Identification Study Of Key Factors Influencing Quality Management Of Prefabricated Construction

With China's economic development entering "new normal",speed of economic growth is transferred from high to low,and economic structure from the medium-low to high,therefore,the focus of construction industry reform must be adjusted structurally.Reform and adjust economic structure,so that the optimal allocation of elements,quality and quantity of economic growth improvement can be achieved.The nature of the construction industry extensive development in our country has not changed,oil-fashioned management restricts the sustainable development potentiality,more and more serious overcapacity has become a common phenomenon in,we can't control high energy consumption pollution and waste brought by traditional large-scale production,compared with other problems,construction quality problems have become increasingly prominent,unable to satisfy the people's growing material and cultural needs.This paper focus on quality problems often occurred in the construction and its cause,and the of effect prefabricated on the field assembly,analyze the influencing factors of prefabricated construction quality management,uses the fuzzy synthetic method to evaluate the prefabricated construction quality management factors,provides a good theoretical basis for effective quality problems control of prefabricated construction in process of construction.This paper uses the method combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,and literature analysis method and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods.We take prefabricated construction quality management theory as basis of the research,analysis and interpret the text of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad deeply.From respects of the policies and regulations,technology system,construction process and materials of components and other influencing factors,analyze the status of quality management development of prefabricated construction,the paper also put forward the deficiencies in the quality management of prefabricated construction.Influence factors of assembly quality management are obtained by means of analytic hierarchy process,and deeply analyze the economic,policy,social and technical factors in the development of assembly construction industry,and adopt the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic analysis,and put forward targeted countermeasures to prefabricated construction quality management factors to promote the scientific and sustainable development of the construction industry.This paper focus on quality management of prefabricated construction,it is the most factors in prefabricated building development.The results can be taken as relevant measures in the construction industry to develop assembly quality management,and provide the reference for the faster development of prefabricated construction.It is a very important for promotion of the healthy and sustainable development in the prefabricated building from the respect of theory and practice.
