Weight Control System With Microwave Source Of Cigarette Maker

The weight control system for cigarette maker is an important part of the electrical control systems of cigarette maker. As a control system for weight control and tightness-adjusting of the cigarette, it plays an important role in producing eligible cigarette and reducing the waste of tobacco leaf.Based on the in-depth analysis of the development of weight control system, this paper has made a research on design principle and implementation method of it, and provide a new solution for the research of environment-friendly, highly efficient weight control systems. Based on TMS320LF2812, one of TI’s DSP chips used as the centrol processing unit, and EP3C16used as coprocessor, this system can detect and control the cigarette weight instantaneously, cigarette tightness-adjusting also included. The internal bus using Profibus-DP protocol to communicate with the upper computer, this system has improved the data transmittal rate and the data updating rate. The experiments have proved that this system performance in various aspects meets the design requirements in the main and. Compared with the present weight control system, this system has improved the weight control precision, weight control speed and the system stability obviously.
