As a typical real-time distributed control network, field bus has being a hot spot in industrial automation at present. The field bus technique relates to several fields of intelligent instrument, network communications, real-time control, integrated circuit technique and computer technology etc. In the future, field bus will become the primary control network in the field of industrial control because of its predominant performance. So many key techniques are worth studying.This paper studies in depth the technology of PROFIBUS-DP electrohydraulic servo control system, on the base of collecting broadly the relate literature and works, which relies on the projects of "The Research of Digital Electrohydraulic Unit" and "The Fourth Walking Beam Heating Furnace's Hydraulic System Rebuilding".The paper has five chapters. Chapter one is exordium. Firstly, the paper explains the field bus technology's background and its development trend, and also analyzes the domestic & abroad research status of field bus technology. Based on above information, the paper introduces the significance and mainly work of the study.Chapter two expatiates upon the PROFIBUS protocol structure and the DP technical characteristic. Then the author introduces briefly the control system based on PROFIBUS designed by him.Chapter three introduces separately the hardware and software realization for the intelligent servo slave DP interface in detail, and also provides the experiment results.In order to meet the integration requirements of equipments in industrial domain that have different bus protocols, the mixed distributed control network is researched deeply nowadays. This control network is made up of multiple control buses with non-compatible protocols, which work together to accomplish complicated control tasks. The author has designed a practical control system by integrating fieldbus, DCS and PLC, and has developed the monitor software by WinCC. This system realizes integration automation, and achieves good application performances.Finally, the paper gives the achievement of the research and points out the direction of the future study of fieldbus.
