With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the more and more electronic products are applicated on automobile.the automotive repair industry has become increasing complicated,So the increasingly high demand for the professional quality vehicle maintenance personael.The article discusses the purpose and significance of the subject.It is dictated definitely that according to the dynamic data flow car, the application of neural network model judgment of the engine, this will greatly reduce the amount of maintenance personnel, shorten the maintenance time, reduce the maintenance staff labor strength and improve labor efficiency.This paper will use PNN (Probabilistic Neural Network) in the EFI engine fault diagnosis. Firstly, this paper introduces the EFI engine of electronic control system composition and their respective principle and function; Secondly, this paper introduces PNN nerve network structure and the algorithm, and establishs the neural network model. Finally, with Beijing modern Tucson G4GC type car engine, in idle speed conditions, and the simulation engine various fault, with KT600ginde of corresponding computer establishs the detector fault data. With the MATLAB language and its database treating technology of the simulation program, with PNN neural network to the collected samples for training and simulation, and concluds the fault diagnosis.
