Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of The Domestic Prefabricated Steel Structure

Housing is one of the most basic subsistence in human’s development, with the rapid development of national economy and modernization of cities, the demand for housing have been greatly increased, and the requirement of living conditions have been more and more serious, which make the real estate industry developing. The real estate industry has become a pillar industry of national economy. With the abolition of wolf are housing system, and the implement of the housing and monetary Policy, a large number of rural population rush into cities, as well as enacted of a series of other policies that stimulate the housing market greatly stimulate the domestic real estate market, all of which create favorable environment for the development of the housing industry.The domestic steel structure industry has a history of nearly fifteen years. Among many of housing buildings, the prefabricated steel structure house15fit for factory-producing, and can be designed, produced, constructed, installed integrating, and change the "created in site" as a "made in factory" to enhance the domestic industrialization and commercialization. The steel structure housing has the advantages of light, cost lowly, bit for soft ground, installed easily, constructed fast, period short, investment retrieved quickly, environment pollution less, recyclable and environmental protected, and has a good prospecting housing market.These paper starts with the domestic steel structure industry, referred to foreign prefabricated steel house structure system selected, components standard, modeled and series designed experience, the conflict of the prefabricated domestic steel structure industry and housing needed diversity. Studding both at home and abroad on these issues gave a more scientific, economical and environment protected programs of the housing industry.The areas this paper studied are as followings:1)how to select the most economical and reasonable steel structure system for industrialization;2)the residential component of the prefabricated steel structure, the components standard, modeled and series designed:3)the conflict of the domestic steel structure housing industry and the housing needed diversification is solved.
