| Focused on the motor bogie frame of CRH380A-001, the Comprehensive Inspection Train, the methods of load identification testing and load spectrum composing have been verified. Commonly, direct testing method and dynamometric bogie frame method are both accepted in bogie load identification. The direct testing method is a way using calibrated dynamometric springs and swing arms to get the loads applied to the bogie frame. While the indirect method, the dynamometric frame method, is a way using special bogie frame as a whole part, which have been marked in calibration experiments, to get the structure’s load. As a new method without any real-condition test experiences, varies of research has been done in real-condition tests. Thus the result comparison of the two methods has been drawn out.In the thesis series of works focusing on the dynamometric method have been done, that is measure point’s selection, strain gauge arrangement and calibrating test, to make a dynamometric bogie frame. Then it is a3-round-trip test in Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway with the frame. Direct method, bogie frame method and dynamic stress data acquiring were all included in the test. After that the test data was processed with the MyCode software hold by LSST-BJTU and turned to the comparison result of load spectrum in the two different testing methods. Additionally, there are also the comparison result of the damage on key measure points and the advantages and disadvantages difference.It is a fundamental research based on dynamometric bogie frame testing method for follow-up study. The obtained load spectrum could be a reliable load basis in the later bogie frame structural design, also a reference to the formulation of the relative fatigue load test standards and principles. |
