With industrial equipments of petrochemical,metallurgy,electric power developingto large-scale and heavy,which abrode or domenstic manufacture,the large-scaletransportation besed on large conponents transportation has frequently appeared in theroad transport industry.Because transported components`size and containment issignificant,the large-scale transport is bound to affecte the facilities security along thehighway.The problem of large-scale transport is how to ensure that the vehicles tonormal and safe passage should be eager solved at this stage.However,China is still lackof a perfect load control standards for large-scale transport as a approval basis for thetraffic administrative department up to now.Vehicle load specifications of highway bridges has undergone several changes.the《General Specification for Highway Bridge Design》(JTG D60-2004) provide theoverall design of the bridge design load to drive load,blurred overload bridge standardsof vehicles.The author make following work for load limits of large-scale transportwhen they pass small and medium span simply supported T beam:1.By crelevant literatures,the author compared vehicle load standards and limitload principle of domestic and foreign,then put forward that theory inadequate of limitload standard at the present stage.2. The author introduced domestic and foreign large-scale transport evaluationmethods and pointed out the deficiencies of the existing methods, referraled existingevaluation methods of the large-scale transport across bridge security and was importantto note the limitations of actual load inspection algorithm,further pointed out it isunscientific that vehicle load standards as limit load standards,and proposal that theactual resistance of the bridge as basis of load control standards of large-scale transport.3.Based on reliability theory, accrdinging to the technical condition level ofbridge,the author determined the value of live load partial coefficient of the large-scaletransport under bearing capacity state ultimately.4.After researched on prestressed concrete class B components and the calculationmethods of bearing capacity,the author though meet the crack width requirrments atnormal use limit state and the total effect is less than the actual bridge carrying capacityat bearing capacity limit state as control standards,and Base on this,proposed the load control standard of large-scale tansport at final.5.Base on existing research results,taked typical load icon of Chongqing highwayand4small and medium-span supported bridges for loading object and computationalmodels,taked large-scale load control standards as the criteria,the author determined thestandards for load limits of the typical bridges in a specific vehicle.
