Study On The Comprehensive Applicability Of Expressway Building With Fly Ash In Guizhou

Guizhou is an important energy exporter of “electricity transmission from West toEast China" in China. The fly ash which is generated by the major power plants inGuizhou Province is the very small amount to be utilization. The atmosphere, soil andwater resources were polluted by fly ash which had bring a large number of industrialsolid local to the power plant area and seriously affected the social and economicdevelopment and the sustainable development and power plant. How to use of fly ashin road construction, to reduce the cost and floor space, to resolve and mitigate thecontradiction of people and land, to eliminate of environmental pollution,to improvefly ash utilization technology, to maximize social and economic benefits maximize,which should be paid attention by the highways and other road construction process.The paper is based on the “Study on the comprehensive applicability of Guizhouhighway construction with fly ash” of the science and technology projects ofDepartment of Transportation of Guizhou Province. To rely on the test road of theSection8and27of the expressway of Zunyi to Bijie in Guizhou, to Studysystematically on the comprehensive applicability of Guizhou highway constructionwith fly ash, the main contents are as follows:First, test the fly ash which emissions by large-scale thermal power plant alongGuizhou highway, to get the indicators of physicochemical and engineering properties,and provide basic technical basis for the fly ash used in highway engineering relatedfields;Second, rely on the three entities engineerings (embankment with fly ash, backfillwith the flow pattern of fly ash and the cement and fly ash stabilized macadam base),to study the relevant technical guidelines and parameters of their technology, qualitycontrol and stability for the highway construction with fly ash;Finally, to collect the consumption of basic data of construction site workers,materials and machine, as well as, to analysis and study on the basic data in reasonablemathematical statistics, ultimately, to complete The Fixed of Highway Constructionwith Fly Ash of Guizhou. The achievement provides the basis for the costs standardsand the economic evaluation of Highway Construction with Fly Ash.The achievement of this paper provide true and reliable basis for similar projects inGuizhou Province, thus to determine reasonablely the investment, control effectivelythe cost of project and to fill the gaps of China.
