Renewable generation including wind power,methane (sewage methane, garbage methane) power,photovoltaic power and other renewability green power supply (intermittent power supply) are developing rapidly with energy crisis and climatic deterioration. In traditional power system, generation side is relatively stable and controllable while power load is fluctuant, the intermittency of renewable energy makes generation side to be uncontrollable too. The use of large scale renewable energy need to realize the balance between stochastic power supply and fluctuating demand, therefore, power grid will confront new challenges. Wind power,methane (sewage methane, garbage methane) power, photovoltaic power and other renewability green power supply (intermittent power supply) has become an important measure for the pursuit of sustainable development in the modern social development,to ascend to the highly strategic level in domestic and overseas.According to China’s new energy planning of the revitalization of the draft, by2020, wind power, solar energy generating capacity will reach more than150million kilowatt,renewable power development also showing unprecedented trend.Wind.photovoltaic and other renewable resources will large-scale influx power grid,make grid architecture quietly and change gradually, thus making the existing power grid regulation means facing threats and challenges.Facing the existing or appears to be coming of new problems and challenges,grid regulation means must be changed.we need to strengthen the management of the wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy,eliminate grid dispatching blind area,solve the resources complementary,spatio-temporal correlation, distribution and concentration of contradiction, intelligent power network dispatching management platform of multiple resources complementary functions use,change electric power production,distribution and the way to use it.Realize the new energy the quantity of state of time,space,panoramic observable,realize renewable energy power generation combined collaborative scheduling,and intelligent power grid scheduling management platform on the optimal allocation of various resources.The distributed resources and power grid interaction mechanism and collaborative scheduling technology,emphasis on research in small-scale,wind power,methane (sewage methane+garbage methane) power generation,photovoltaic and electric automobile storage equipment distributed resources access network circumstances,how to realize distributed reasonable allocation of resources,the distributed resources cooperative scheduling system,realize storage active load scheduling,the use of intermittent,renewable energy and between main and the energy storage device between the complementarity and collaborative,strengthen the ability of the power grid to absorb and consume intermittent power, reduce power grid load curve difference between peakand valley,improve the operation performance of power grid.Following researches are made to solve the issues mentioned above:1.Research of distributed resource characteristic.Combined with the specific circumstances of the field,make the research of wind power, photovoltaic power generation, methane (sewage methane+garbage methane) power generation and electric car battery distributed storage of law.Master wind energy, photovoltaic power generation, methane (sewage methane+garbage methane) power generation power law,and at the same time master electric car battery charging and discharging rule, for collaborative scheduling function to provide data support.2.Research of the distributed resources and power grid interaction mechanism and much time scale rolling forecast mechanism scheduling model close storage active distribution are studied.Analysis of the access to new energy power load characteristic of the power grid dispatching automation, distribution network planning, operation, power quality, the influence of protection, etc.Combining with the scheduling of the actual situation, proposed the much time scale scheduling model. The multiple time scale scheduling realized scheduling rolling update, improve the scheduling precision. According to the renewable energy power generation forecast and the load forecast for power energy storage purging the active scheduling plan, and rolling correction. Storage subsite to subsite within the period of time active can dispatch maximum size to carry on the forecast, and the prediction results to upload to master station storage scheduling plan subsystem, as energy storage plan optimization model of the constraint condition.Storage scheduling plan each time is given to power grid scheduling of storage charge and discharge power,the power need in each storage stand between distribution,active distribution according to the energy storage station can be scheduling capacity of entire network storage can be scheduling capacity proportion distribution.3.Establishing distributed resources cooperative scheduling management system.Distributed resources cooperative scheduling management system and scheduling integrated data platform to establish interface,real-time acquisition small-scale, wind power,methane (sewage methane+garbage methane) power generation,storage electric car purging power stations distributed resources of the active power fluctuation.To realize and scheduling integrated data platform of the communication function of distributed resources inherent law are studied,so as to test distributed resources cooperative scheduling management system of each function.
