Pipe filtration system is an important component of the oil contamination controlin hydraulic pipeline filtration system,but strict national standards in hydraulic pipelinefiltration system is deficiency at present.Material of previous few routine products andrelevant experience is referenced by designers in the design of hydraulic pipe filtrationproducts.Pay less attention to the research of internal structure of pressure head-lossand filtration efficiency bring a lot of difficults in products designing, and limited theimprovement of the quality of products.In order to adapt to the requirements of the modern industrial conveyingsystem.Developing and researching the efficient and advanced filtering product isimperative. With the powerful numerical simulation function of the finite elementmethod and the computational fluid dynamics (CFD),a new way was provided to solvethe problem.By numerical simulation to get filtration system characteristic curve and detailflow in channel, showing the feasibility of hydraulic pipeline filtration system designwith the finite element method and the computational fluid dynamics.With the CFDtechnology,the research on hydraulic pipe filtration system are as follows:1) The flow of pipeline filtration system was simulated numerically based onfinite element method and the computational fluid dynamics.Obtaining the necessaryparameters of flow characteristics and the detailed internal flow field,for the structureoptimization design.2) Theoretical analysis on structure parameters of the filter element in thefiltration system.Based on the theory, determine optimal schemes and summarize theempirical formulas.3) Export part of filter element was simulated numerically,determine optimalschemes and optimal model.4) Researching the filtration efficiency based on the structure optimization of filter element,establish the mathematical model of service life prediction.5) Based on previous researching,feasibility analysis in parametric design ofhydraulic pipeline filtration system,and finally,using VC++6.0to design the softwareof parameter design of hydraulic pipeline filtration system.
