In the paper, valve controlling cylinder system with a single thrust cylinder was selected as the research object. The transmission characteristics of system pressure and flow time-frequency domain were analyzed from the theory, simulation, experiment three level. Mainly research from the following aspects:The main research work include the following aspects:1. When the fluid transfering in the pipeline, considering the fluid linear friction characteristics, the amplitude-frequency characteristics models of pipeline inlet and outlet pressure transmission ratio were established. Through the MATLAB programming, the impact law of pipeline pressure transmission in different pipeline diameter, length and fluid parameters was solved;2. The simulation model of the shield hydraulic long pipeline test bed was built with AMESim software. The proportional relief valve and the proportional flow regulator valve model was built with HCD library, secondly, the selected valve with the sample was reconciled, andthe valve model consistent with the sample was obtained. The pipeline sub-model selection process in the AMESim software was summarized. The impact law of the valve controlling cylinder system dynamic characteristics considering the pipeline characteristics in different fluid and pipe parameters was got;3. The hydraulic experimental platform was set by referencing the long hydraulic piping system. In structure, the devices of two hydraulic cylinders in opposite vertex with a large and variable thrust load was designed, and a multi-combination of hydraulic conveying fluid with long pipeline was developed. In testing system, by setting different load pressure, educing the pipeline pressure transmission transient characteristics in different length to verify the theoretical value of the amplitude-frequency characteristics of pressure ratio and the AMESim simulation model;4. By comparing the theoretical analysis and the experimental data, it was proved that pressure transmission of the long pipeline,the linear friction characteristics was being considered, could be predicted.
